Quickbooks and email login credentials were shared.

Quote for Elmer’s road reapir/replace 552 sqft (Total redo): $26460 (as of 03/27/2023)

Need to talk about HOA fee raise (road quote would drain half of our reserves)

Do we still want a website?

Lots in phase 2: 38

Cleanup for neighborhood (Cleanup day or Cleaning service?)

Need to setup 5/3 account [Steven]

Need to talk to the new construction guy (wants to build his house here)

Cleanup meeting invite (Chris F.)

Talk to lawyer about delinquent payers

Need to take it to a vote for bylaw changes

Do bylaws need to be drafted for that meeting (verbatim) or just general idea/concept and have that voted on

Maybe reach out to Accountant (Hannah)?

Delinquent payers are responsible for lawyer fees

New buyers and current resident sellers must handle delinquent payment agreements.

The HOA fees must be paid by somebody that owns the house regardless of new buyer or seller

Remove Architectural Committee and supplant with Board approval

Chris will reach out to the Township hall for booking/reservation.

Need to schedule an annual meeting for the whole HOA
